Cobbix is a conversational engagement platform designed to help businesses connect with their customers through popular messaging platforms. Cobbix provides a cloud-based service that lets companies automate, manage, and analyze conversations across various communication channels.
We are fully committed to protecting the data we collect—both for our own purposes and on behalf of our clients.
Collection and Use of Personal Data
Cobbix collects information, including Personal Data, for these key purposes:
To provide and manage our services
To support internal operations and improvements

To recruit and manage team members
When you use Cobbix, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and authentication credentials (like OAuth2). This data is used solely to identify users and deliver relevant app functionality. We store this information securely on our servers at

We do not limit our usage of anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify any individual or company.
Note: Cobbix is not directed to users under the age of 16. If we discover such data has been collected without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.
Cloud API
Cobbix uses Cloud API to send and manage messages. Messages are temporarily stored and forwarded to the appropriate messaging platform (e.g., WhatsApp), then deleted after 30 days.
Providing and Managing the Service
Our platform processes data as instructed by our Customers. Customers determine what data they submit, how long it’s stored, and how it’s used. For questions about how a specific business uses your data via Cobbix, please reach out to them directly.

Account and Usage Information

When you request a demo, we collect your name, title, email, and business info
When you contact us, we may retain your contact info to assist you later
We may send marketing emails (you can unsubscribe anytime)
We may share data with trusted service partners only to help us deliver and support Cobbix. We do not sell or rent your data.
Recruitment & HR
If you apply to work with Cobbix, we collect employment-related info (e.g., resume). If hired, this info is used to manage your employment, verify credentials, and provide HR services.
Payments
If you’re using a paid plan, we collect and process billing data and usage metrics to charge you accordingly.
Improving Our Services
We collect analytics to help us understand how users interact with Cobbix, and how we can enhance the platform. When you visit our website, we log basic technical info like IP address, browser, and time spent.

Mobile App Privacy
The Cobbix mobile app may request access to:

Media/Camera (to allow media uploads in chats)

Google Sheets Plugin
Cobbix offers a plugin for Google Sheets to send WhatsApp messages. It uses the following scopes:

All data stays within the user’s Cobbix account and is not shared externally.
